Cartridge accessories include parts that fit either end of the cartridge that enable the user to seal products and prevent contamination. They include items that wipe the cartridge, provides a solution to be able to use a Luer Lock tip for precise dispensing and/or seal the cartridge for later use.  All of these items are available in bags of 10.

Cartridge Nozzle

High Density Polyethylene nozzles screw into dispensing cartridges to provide a pre-cut opening in either 1/8", 1/16" or 1/32". Nozzles can be cut back from the tip to provide a wider opening to dispense material.

Cartridge Receiver Heads

Receiver heads work with cartridges by holding them in place during dispensing. The opening at the head of the unit allows for a dispensing tip to be attached and an air line attaches to the back to provide the necessary pressure.

Cartridges are an alternative product when syringes have too small of a capacity. Cartridges are available in low or high density and are offered in three different capacities (2.5 oz., 6 oz. and 12 oz.). This item is sold in bags of 10.

Cartridge accessories, which are sold separately, include plunger wipers, end caps and threaded plugs can be found here. 1/4" threaded nozzles screw into the cartridge for bead and dot dispensing.

Closed Caps

This cap threads tightly onto our bottles and provides the user with the ability to close up the bottle and prevent curing or contamination. Available closed cap sizes are 15-415, 20-410, and 24-410.

COMPACT ANALOG DISPENSER

Our compact analog shot meter allows for reproducible deposits of a wide range of thin or viscous materials such as solder pastes, masks, adhesives, epoxies, RTV’s, silicones, cyanoacrylates, paints, inks, oils, lubricants, solvents and more.

It includes a simple analog timer controlled by a knob you rotate for dispensing from approximately .01 second to 120 seconds.  The default timer setting is .01 to 10 seconds. It is excellent for use with pre-filled syringes of material or when loading empty syringes. Our equipment can be used in various applications to provide ergonomic relief, repeatability, and control over various materials and fluids. This compact analog dispenser measures just 6 3/8" x 5 7/8" x 2 3/4".

Included: foot switch with 6 feet of flexible tubing, power supply, 3, 5, 10, 30 cc air syringe adapters, 3, 5, 10, & 30 cc air syringe barrels with stoppers, a syringe stand with a material catch and a small variety pack of needles.  Finger switches can be used as an alternative actuator to the foot switch.
