High-Quality Dispensing Tips for Industrial Applications

Standard Dispensing Tips
Our Standard Dispensing Tips are manufactured with a polypropylene Luer Lock hub and a UV-bonded stainless steel cannula. This disposable line of blunt tips is available in gauge sizes from 12 to 34 and is offered in various lengths. We offer our standard tips in two styles: the NT Premium Series with a national color-coded hub and the IT Series dispensing tips with an international color-coded hub. All of our standard tips are made in a silicone-free environment and do not contain sodium or chloride.
Tapered Dispensing Tips
Our Tapered Dispensing Tips are all-plastic, one-piece disposable tips that are 1.25” long with a Luer Lock thread. The high-density molded double-helix thread on one end tapers down to one of several size openings. This design allows the material to flow easier by reducing backpressure, making them perfect for dispensing thicker adhesives or viscous materials.
Flexible Dispensing Tips
Our disposable Flexible Dispensing Tips, based on our standard style, include PTFE or polypropylene tubing instead of the traditional stainless steel cannula. These are ideal for applications that require scratch-free results or the ability to insert the tip into a curved or problematic area. They excel when used with several types of adhesives, like anaerobics or cyanoacrylates.
Angled Dispensing Tips
Angled dispensing tips are available in both the NT Premium Series and IT Series with a 45 or 90 degree bend. The bend is made at 3/16" (4.763 mm) from the tip for 0.5”, at 1/4" (6.350 mm) for 1.0", and at 5/16" (7.948 mm) for 1.5" long tips. The polished cannula and burr-free design provide the user accuracy and durability. With a polypropylene hub and 304 stainless steel cannula these tips allow for dispensing into problematic areas.
Specialty Dispensing Tips
We offer unique dispensing needles used in specialty applications for any dispensing need. All-metal tips are made for heavy usage while PTFE-lined and dosing tips are ideal for cyanoacrylate dispensing to help with clogging and curing. To prevent curing and protect the dispensing tip, covers and scabbards are also available. Custom tips are available upon request.
ESD Dispensing Tips
Our ESD safe dispensing tips eliminate the danger of high charges generated by conventional dispensing needles. These premium tips are offered in, Standard, Tapered, and Angled styles. Additional length and gauge tips are available upon request.
