Dispensers & Systems
We offer an extensive offering of manual and semi-automated dispensing solutions that can handle virtually any fluid dispensing with high precision. Our systems are able to handle a wide range of viscosities; from adhesives to thick silicones and solder masks. Our dispensing systems are designed to dispense adhesives and fluids packaged in 3, 5, 10, 30, and 50 cc syringes and 300 ml cartridges. Choose from manual, hand held dispensers, bench top models (both digital and analog) or foot operated models. All are designed for accurate adhesive dispensing processes. Dispensing systems combine precise dispensing with fast and easy programming.
Fluid Reservoirs
A wide range of fluid reservoirs ranging from stainless steel tanks to pressure tanks used in conjunction with a Shot Meter to pressurize and meter the material you are dispensing are available. Receiver heads and retainers also provide the user with mobility and an ergonomic way to dispense from cartridges.
Dispensing Guns
Dispensing guns are operated either pneumatically, manually, or with a lithium ion battery and are used for pre-filled syringes or dual-part cartridges.
Syringe Adapters
Syringe adapters are the connection between the syringe and our dispensing equipment. It allows pressurization of a syringe to dispense a metered amount of material ergonomically and with precision.
Valves
Our industrial dispensing valves deliver a high accuracy of control for your precision dispensing of various materials, ranging from very viscous materials to CA's. They are used in conjunction with our Shot Meter digital dispenser.
