Jensen Global offers syringes in two styles: manual and air-operated. Air syringes are designed for use with dispensing machines, while manual syringes are hand-operated and require no additional equipment. Syringe sizes range from 1 cc to 50 cc, and all are sold empty, ready to be filled with your materials.
Manual Syringes
Manual syringes consist of a barrel, stopper, and plunger for precise manual material deposition. Available in both assembled and unassembled forms, these syringes are compatible with all Jensen Global dispensing tips. Sizes range from 1 cc to 50 cc.
Air Syringes
Pneumatically-operated air syringes are built with heavy-duty barrels and stoppers to safely dispense materials at pressures up to 100 psi. A syringe adapter connects the shot meter or foot valve to the air syringe, pressurizing the stopper for precise material dispensing.
Tip Caps
Tip caps are essential for preventing material inside the syringe from curing or contamination. Luer Lock tip caps are available in black or clear and fit all syringe tips. Orange end caps are size-specific and designed for Jensen Global air syringes.
