Most of our items are in stock and will ship the same day. Following a purchase, if there are any issues regarding stock of an item or the order, someone will contact you with details in order to make sure you are made aware of any deviations regarding our usual shipping timelines. Once shipping has been initiated, you will receive an email order confirmation with details on shipping, product information and tracking number. If you place an order requiring overnight or 2nd day UPS shipping, it will take priority and we will make every effort to ship out the same day, as long as the order is received by 2pm PST. IMPORTANT: You must contact Jensen Global to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product. Items returned without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. The RMA can be obtained by either calling (805) 965-3668 or emailing email@example.com
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging to be eligible. Freight charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to Jensen Global. Returns sent COD will not be accepted.
Once an RMA is issued, and provided the item is returned within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the order, the return will be accepted without a restocking fee. Returns beyond 15 days will be at the discretion of Jensen Global, and in most cases may incur restocking fees of 25-50%. Custom and special order items are not eligible for return.
