Most of our items are in stock and will ship the same day. Following a purchase, if there are any issues regarding stock of an item or the order, someone will contact you with details in order to make sure you are made aware of any deviations regarding our usual shipping timelines. Once shipping has been initiated, you will receive an email order confirmation with details on shipping, product information and tracking number. If you place an order requiring overnight or 2nd day UPS shipping, it will take priority and we will make every effort to ship out the same day, as long as the order is received by 2pm PST. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that it was shipped. If the item is returned within fifteen (15) days after you receive the order we will accept returns without any restocking fee. Thereafter returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns unless you contact us by either calling (805) 965-3668 or emailing us at email@example.com to receive authorization and an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
