22 Gauge Polypropylene Dispensing Tip

Our flexible Polypro dispensing tips are manufactured with white polypropylene tubing.  Best used in applications that need scratch-free results or the ability to insert the dispensing tip into a curved or problematic area. They can be cut to a customized length or to remove parts of the tip that have become difficult to use due to curing. Excellent when used with many adhesives including cyanoacrylates, anaerobics, or other quick curing adhesives.  Available in boxes of 50 or bags of 1000.

30 cc Air Syringe & Stopper Kit

Air syringe barrels are manufactured with a heavy flange and are custom designed to withstand pressure. The barrels come in clear, UV amber, UV black opaque and ESD.  We package these with a white polyethylene stopper for drip-free dispensing.  However, several other options are available which include a red straight-wall stopper for high viscosity material, a red thermal stopper for low viscosity materials, or a blue plastic stopper designed specifically to reduce back pressure when dispensing cyanoacrylates. These items come in boxes of 20.

Cartridges

Cartridges are an alternative product when syringes have too small of a capacity. Cartridges are available in low or high density and are offered in three different capacities (2.5 oz., 6 oz. and 12 oz.). This item is sold in bags of 10.

Cartridge accessories, which are sold separately, include plunger wipers, end caps and threaded plugs can be found here. 1/4" threaded nozzles screw into the cartridge for bead and dot dispensing.
