Jensen Global’s bench top digital fluid dispenser allows for reproducible deposits of a wide range of thin or viscous materials such as solder pastes, masks, adhesives, epoxies, RTV’s, silicones, cyanoacrylates, paints, inks, oils, lubricants, solvents and more. This dispenser has 2 modes of operation, manual & auto. The manual mode allows for dispensing at the operators discretion while the auto mode allows the user to set a specific time for dispensing material. It is excellent for use with pre-filled syringes of material or when loading empty syringes.

Included: foot switch, power supply, 3, 5, 10, 30/50 cc air syringe adapters, 3, 5, 10, & 30 cc air syringe barrels with stoppers, a syringe stand with a material catch and a small variety pack of needles.  Finger switches can be used as an alternative actuator to the foot switch.

Foot Valve Syringe Dispenser

A purely pneumatic valve pedal that includes a built-in regulator and gauge to control the flow of material, and a simple step-to-activate design built inside a protective housing. The back of the unit has a 1/4" female thread with a standard male quick connect included. The foot pedal has a syringe adapter inlet port built-in to fit standard 1/4" OD tubing plus a reducer adapter to accept 5/32" OD tubing. 

The JGDFV25V is offered with a built-in vacuum venturi regulator which allows pullback of material into the dispensing tip, reducing dripping and stringing of the material. It has all the same features of the JGDFV25 plus the vacuum feature.
