The Ball Valve Syringe Loading System is designed for efficient and precise filling of syringes and cartridges with bulk flowable materials. This system includes a 1-gallon wide-mouth 304 stainless steel pressure vessel, equipped with a 100 psi regulator, gauge, and stainless steel ball valve.

Simply pour your bulk material into the tank, and use the ball lever to manually fill each syringe or cartridge with accuracy and ease. The system comes complete with all the necessary fittings to set up a fully functional filling station, making it an ideal choice for industrial applications where efficiency and precision are critical.

Foot Valve Syringe Dispenser

A purely pneumatic valve pedal that includes a built-in regulator and gauge to control the flow of material, and a simple step-to-activate design built inside a protective housing. The back of the unit has a 1/4" female thread with a standard male quick connect included. The foot pedal has a syringe adapter inlet port built-in to fit standard 1/4" OD tubing plus a reducer adapter to accept 5/32" OD tubing. 

The JGDFV25V is offered with a built-in vacuum venturi regulator which allows pullback of material into the dispensing tip, reducing dripping and stringing of the material. It has all the same features of the JGDFV25 plus the vacuum feature.

Solder Mask System

This system is designed to dispense solder mask (water soluble or peel-able mask), and can be configured for 1, 2, 3 or 4 operators. A simple operating pinch tube wand allows for manual dispensing of solder mask through any desired dispensing tip. The 1 gallon pressure tank has a large opening to allow easy pouring of solder mask from a 1 gallon or larger container and easy access for cleaning. This system is purely pneumatic, easy to set up and operate.

Universal Syringe Adapter

Universal adapters are designed to accept a variety of air syringes and use a locking gasket mechanism to provide a tight seal. Although some pictures show the adapter heads only, each adapter comes with 6 feet of 5/32" tubing and your choice of either a black barb fitting (fits most dispensers) or a white QC fitting which fits our JGD500T, JGD400S, JGD350S, JGD150S, and JGD150STS dispensing controllers.

X-Series Syringe Adapter

X-Series black syringe adapters are specifically designed with an O-ring seal to fit all Jensen Global air syringes. It uses a 1/4” air line, secured with a clamp. Our X-Series syringe adapters are available with either a black barb fitting (fits most dispensers) or a white QC fitting which fits our JGD500T, JGD400S, JGD350S, JGD150S, and JGD150STS dispensing controllers.

XP-EP Syringe Adapter
